Funeral Service is to be held at The Heart Of England Crematorium Nuneaton. On Thursday March 26, 2009 at 1.30pm. Family flowers or donations if desired for 'The Guide Dogs for the Blind' may be sent care of J E Hackett and Sons Ltd, 93 Leicester Road, Bedworth CV12 8AH.
