The obituary notice of Leonard (Lenny) JAGO

I have lots of memories of my gramps Lenny
I can’t say them all there’s far too many
I remember as a child sitting on his knee
My gramps he meant the world to me
One of the best people I’ve ever met
Such a wonderful dad to my mum Colette
Step out of line his finger would come out
Then you knew there’s no more messin about
With his finger out and the look on his face
He knew how to put you in your place
Painting and decorating was my gramps trade
He was good at his job he had it made
he worked so hard nearly all his life
Provided for his kids and nanna Kathleen his wife
A family man and so caring too
You only had to ask he’d be there for you
He’s now at rest in no more pain
I just wish I could hear his voice again
Gramps wouldn’t want to see any of us sad
So smile when we think of the life he had
He’ll always be with us and by our side
To think he was my gramps fills me with pride
I know you can hear me in heaven above rest in peace gramps we’re sending our love💙
