PhilipJACQUES(Phil) On Nov 29, Phil suddenly passed away at Llandough Hospital, after a short chronic chest infection. Phil will be remembered for his love of snooker, which he played over 70 years from the age of 14; he is survived by his wife of 62 years Audrey, his beloved daughter Dawn and his respected son-in-law Mark, also his nieces and nephews. Phil will be resting at A.G. Adams & Son until the funeral service in the Chapel of Rest on Friday Dec 11, 2015 at 3pm followed by committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired for The Alzheimer's Society c/o the funeral director.
