Aged 83 years.
Much loved wife of the late Len.
Devoted 'mom' and mother-in-law of
Michelle and Roy, David and Emma, Tracey, Michael and Sharon.
Cherished Nana Pat of
Tim, Kelly, Misa, Becky, Matt, Kyle, Callie and Sian.
Great Nana Pat of
Connor, Rylee, Oscar, Theo, Tyler, Skye, Jenson, Nieve, Sadie and Leo.
Dear sister of Gwen and special aunty of Rachel.
Pat will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Celebration of Pat's life to take place on
Thursday, 23rd April, 2026 in
Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 2 p.m.
