We would like to especially thank the staff at The Park Medical Centre, Leek, The District Nurses. North Staffs Hospital, Douglas Macmillan, Marie Curie and Crossroads for all their support and care shown throughout Roy's illness.
We appreciated the support of everyone at the funeral service at Carmountside and finally to Paul, Michael and all the staff at S. Sigley & Sons, for all their help and assistance given with the funeral arrangements.
