HazelIRCHA30th March 2021 Hazel aged 67 years and from Longton passed away peacefully in hospital following a short illness. The beloved wife of Mick, much loved mum to Linsey, Hayley and Emma and a devoted Nan to Ben, Grace and the late Jamie, Hazel will be sadly missed. Funeral service at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 15th April at 2pm. Mourners please wear something colourful. Donations gratefully received for Ward 113 North Staffs Hospital. My Mum

I often talk to you out loud don’t I then laugh about it saying I bet you think I’m crazy & I even txt you. I hope you can hear me Mum. Nothing comes close to the pain of losing you. It’s like a part of me died too the day we lost you. It’s really never been the same since. You were the most beautiful person ever Mum. You loved everyone, not a bad bone in your body. You really were so special to me, you still are. I’ll never stop loving you. Until we meet again my beautiful Mum 🤍🕊️
