AnthonyINGRAMTony's family wish to inform friends that he died after a short illness on 2nd December aged 91. He will be greatly missed by his children Christine, Alison, Joanna and David and his 12 grandchildren. Funeral at Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead on Tuesday 16th December at 11.45am.
