Nan, you were the most kindest, most caring and most loving person anyone could have had the pleasure of meeting, and you were the absolute best Nan to me and Daniel.
You raised my amazing Mum to be just like you: a caring, special, kind, and loving woman who does everything and anything for anyone and everyone, just like you have always done. Myself and Daniel will be eternally grateful for the job you done in raising our wonderful Mum.
I have so many special memories of us all spending time together. I will always remember and will miss coming to see you and Grandad Paul, every Sunday, to enjoy our roast dinners together as a family, and how delicious the gravy and roasties always were.
We always watched the soaps or films together and then went to the Earl to watch the Liverpool matches and play pool. Grandad Paul would always walk down and put a bet on for me and Daniel, on the first goalscorer, before we went to watch the game and we did have a few winners. Every Grand National we would look through the paper and pick a few names of horses we liked, and it being the only bet Nan would do each year.
You came to all of mine and Daniel's school plays, all of the Christmas nativities that I narrated in Church, and to all of my school and University events. It meant, and will always mean, so much to me to know how proud I made you.
I still remember when we'd decorate your Christmas tree together, every year, and put tinsel up all over the house, fairy lights on the walls and picture frames, and then open our Christmas presents on Christmas Eve. We always had such a good time and a laugh doing our annual Christmas quizzes, created by Grandad Paul, and going to see the huge reindeers and santa across the road.
We made such great memories together on our annual holidays in Wales, and had the best of times. I remember always playing football outside with Daniel and when you would come and watch us playing tennis with the deck chairs and lemonade.
