Aged 84 years.

Passed away peacefully on Thursday 21st November 2024.

Local driving school "Legend" Phil taught generations of families to drive throughout a 40-year career in Torbay and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

A service is being held on Friday 13th December 2024 in St Paul's Chapel at Exeter and Devon Crematorium at 11:00am.

At the request of his family, all are encouraged to attend to carry on the laughter.

I am absolutely heartbroken to hear the news that Phil has passed 🥺 he was not only an incredible driving instructor but he was an amazing friend to our family! I will always cherish the memories of him attending my daughters naming ceremony (who he was very fond of as she shared a name with his own daughter) and also him celebrating mine and my husbands wedding.
You will forever be in our hearts 💕
