JackHOULDSWORTHOn 6th April 2019 suddenly in hospital, Jack aged 83 years of Oswaldtwistle. Husband of the late Sheila, father of Annette, father-in-law of Philip and grandad of Bethany. Jack was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family. A celebration of Jack's life will take place at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley Road, Accrington BB5 6HA on Tuesday 23rd April 2019 at 11.40am.
