JanHORSMAN(Clara Jane) Died peacefully at Bradbury House on 25th April 2015 aged 101. Much loved and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. The funeral service will take place in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Whielden Road, Amersham, HP7 0ND on Wednesday 13th May 2015 at 11.00a.m. Family flowers only please, but donations may be made to Worldwide Cancer Research, The International Fund for Animal Welfare or Children Today.
