JanHORSEYIt is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Jan, who passed away on Wednesday 15th March at Y Bwthyn hospice, surrounded by his wife Rhian and daughters Jess, Billie and Poppy. A much loved son, husband, father, brother and friend. His funeral will be held at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on Tuesday 28th March at 10.30am. Family flowers only. There will be an opportunity at the funeral to make a donation, if desired, in lieu of Friends of Y Bwthyn hospice, Pontypridd.
