OlwenHOLTpassed peacefully at home in Helmshore surrounded by family on December 15, aged 75.

A dedicated and beloved wife to Stuart, tirelessly
devoted to her children John and Louise and her
grandchildren Foster and Finlay, and adored by all
family.

She was the heart of our home and never put herself
before the needs of those she loved.

We are devastated by her loss and will forever miss the comfort of her presence. Olwen’s funeral will be held on Monday, January 6 at 1pm at Accrington Crematorium.

Her wish was for people in attendance to wear bright
colours to celebrate her life.

Donations in her memory are welcomed for Rossendale Hospice.

I loved my darling friend Olwen like a sister. We shared so many laughs and tears, and even now, a year on, I still go to the laptop or telephone to tell her something I know she would like. Stuart was the love of her life, and she was so proud of her family, and my biggest regret is having to miss her funeral because of the severe weather.
She will always be in my heart, and I am so privileged to have known her.
