SamHOLMESSam passed away suddenly on 14th March 2026, aged 22 years.

A loving son to Kirsty and the late Garry, much loved brother to Oliver, George, Lauren and the late Dallon. Sam will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Sam's funeral service will take place on Wednesday 22nd April, 3:00pm in the Cedar Chapel at Bretby Crematorium. Floral tributes welcome, or donations in lieu are to benefit MIND - Burton upon Trent. These may be given at the service or online at www.tjparryfunerals.co.uk.
