Timothy JohnHODGESTim sadly passed away on 30th June 2023, at home, after a long illness. He was a popular teacher at Heron Wood/Connaught School, Aldershot, and was Captain and President of Farnham Golf Club. His funeral will be at Aldershot Crematorium on 10th August at 1.30pm, followed by refreshments at Farnham Golf Club, The Sands, GU10 1PX. He will be greatly missed by Linda, Richard, Joanna, family and friends. All are welcome to attend.

Everyone remembers a great teacher; I have wonderful memories of Mr Hodges. If it wasn't for him, I would never have become an English teacher myself. I am thankful that I had an opportunity to tell him.

He was one of my favourite teachers at school..he always made me laugh the stories he told of his daughter and always had his tongue out trying to touch his nose when he was concentrating
