Funeral service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Mill Street, Sutton Coldfield on Friday 14th June 2019 at 12.30pm, followed by committal at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium at 1.45pm. Family flowers only, donations on the day to Macmillan Nurses, enquiries to A Hazel & Sons Tel No 0121 354 2145.
