RuthHEWSONSadly on the 9th of July 2025, Ruth passed away peacefully at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, aged 72 years.

Much loved wife of Kevin, cherished mum to Cheryl and Nichola, mother-in-law to Steven and Paul, adored granny to Shane, Reece, Sienna, Alfie and Paul Jr, sister to Jan and Keith.

Would family and friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Thursday the 7th of August 2025 at 12 noon for service and committal.

Family flowers only please, donations are thankfully accepted for 'Macmillan Cancer Support' c/o

Nichola, it is with deep sadness I read of your mums passing. I have fond memories of you and your mum at the school gates and how you would run up and give me a hug. Wonderful memories. You both had such a wonderful smile. So sorry for your loss. Mr Todd ( Laura’s dad )
