Iris MayHERRICKNee Parker Passed away at Bassetlaw District Hospital on 10th October 2021 aged 96 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Harold: Devoted and much loved Mum of Jane and son-in-law Richard: Nan of Kathryn and Terry, Chris and Emma, Nannie Iris to Alice and Finley and Nana to Dylan. Funeral service will take place at the Baptist Church (The Well) on Thursday 4th November at 11am followed by committal at Babworth Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations gratefully received to The British Heart Foundation and RNLI. All enquiries to Hurtons Funeral Directors. 01777 703502.

I remember Mrs Iris Herrick as a lovely lady and an excellent teacher. She was evacuated from Yarmouth High School and attended Retford High School at the same time as my mother. May she rest in peace. God bless, Ruth Groone (formerly Newby)
