DavidHENSHAWWin and family would like to thank everyone who attended David's funeral and all those who sent condolence cards, gifts and kind words, that were a comfort to us all. Thank you to those who gave generously to David's chosen charity, The British Heart Foundation. Many thanks to Reverend Colin Emerson for conducting a lovely service. Thanks also to all the staff at The Great Northern, Mickleover, for providing the catering. We would like to thank all the nurses and staff on wards SAU, 102, CCU and 408 for all their nursing and care shown to David during his stay at The Royal Derby Hospital. Lastly a big thank you to Sarah and Mark and all the team at Wathall's for their professionalism and care shown to us all at this very difficult time.
