James KeithHENSBYJames Keith Hensby, known as Keith of Piper Lea, Waterfoot passed away on August 21, aged 84. Keith was a joiner in his younger years and had various jobs throughout his life. He retired as a gardener at Stubbylee Park, Bacup. Keith enjoyed fishing, gardening and antiques. He was a member of the Lumb Valley Anglers since the age of 16 and was also a member of Cowpe Fly Anglers. Partner of the late Margaret Maden, brother of the late Frank and Johnny. He leaves brothers Alf, Den and Stephen and all of Margaret’s family. A funeral will take place on September 8 at St Anne’s Church, Edgeside, at 10am conducted by Revered Rod Bevan. Family flowers only, donations to Cancer Research UK.
