TeresaHEGARTYThe daughter Paula of the late Teresa wish to thank all friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown during this very sad loss, for the letters, mass cards, sympathy cards and beautiful floral tributes and all those who called to the house and attended the funeral mass and funeral or helped in any way. I am particularly greatful to Mr Nevin, Dr Poole, Dr Salih, Janet Woods, The Chemo Nurses and all the Staff on Ward D27 at Birmingham City Hospital, for the exceptional care and treatment during Teresa's illness to Ovarian Cancer, hoping this acknowledgement will be accepted by all.
