JackHAYPeacefully on Sunday 21st January 2018 whilst in the loving care of Eaton Court Residential Care Home, Jack passed away aged 75 years. Beloved husband of Jean, much loved dad of Malcolm, Janice and Deborah, father-in-law of Donna and Trevor. A celebration of Jack's life is to be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 7th February 2018 at 2.20pm.
