Special thanks to Rev Mitton for a memorable service, and to the staff at the Royal Derby Hospital, especially the A & E department and Ward 406, and the team on Ward 2 of the London Road Community Hospital who cared for Terry in his final days. Thanks for the service of G Wathall & Son Ltd for their support which was very much appreciated.
