HelenHARTSadly passed away on Monday 17th November 2014. Loving wife to Bob, Mother to Karen & Richard and Nanny to Annabelle & Luke. She will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place on Monday 1st December 2014 at 12.30, Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel.
