Sadly passed away after a long illness, with her family by her side, on 4th February 2026, aged 90 years. Beloved wife of Gordon, and a much loved mum of Fiona. Joan will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Please meet for funeral service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Thursday 26th February at 12 noon. Floral tributes may be sent to Co-op Funeralcare, Billy Mill Avenue, North Shields, NE29 OQR, or donations in lieu, if desired, to Dementia UK.
