Treasured daughter of Geoffrey and Alison,

dear sister-in-law of Lorna and Gemma,
much loved auntie of Imogen, Charlie, Faye and Ivy.
A celebration for the life of Sam to be held at
Penmount Crematorium, Truro
on Thursday 12th March at 11am
