Shirley (Elsa Claudette)HARRISIt is with much sorrow and many tears we announce the passing of Shirley (Elsa Claudette) Harris, who passed away peacefully aged 87 on the 23rd February 2023. Dearly loved wife of Percy and adored mother of Mike, Pat, Jan and Dave; beloved sister to Bobby, Bertram, Pinky and John; loved daughter of Coral Hall; cherished grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by family, friends, and all who knew her. The funeral will take place on Wednesday 29th March at 11:00 at Sandiacre Methodist Church, followed by a burial at Chilwell Cemetery. There will be a celebration of Shirley's life held at The Village Hotel, Chilwell from 13:00 onwards. A closed visitation will take place at A. W. Lymn Long Eaton Chapel of Rest on Tuesday 28th March from 10:00 - 16:30 should anyone wish to pay their respects before the funeral. Should anyone wish to send flowers, they may be sent no later than Tuesday 28th March 16:30 to West Park House 33 Lime Grove Long Eaton NG10 4LD 0115 946 3093 www.lymn.co.uk
