In tears we watched you fade away, holding your hand you tried so hard to stay with us, what we'd give if we could say hello Nan in the same old way. To sit and chat and laugh together, I have all those memories that will last forever until we meet again Nan. Love you heartbroken Grandchildren Sara, Nigel, Gem, Dave, Lee and Aimee.
