CarolHANBURY(née Roach) Passed away unexpectedly at her home Greenane, Upper Baptist Street, Holyhead aged 64 years.

Carol was a devoted partner to Bri and dog-mam of their beloved Minnie. Carol was a warm and kind-hearted mother in law to Marc, Kerri and Dave as well as a fun and loving Nainy to Owen and Thomas.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered.

Funeral Wednesday, 14 January 2026. Service at Hyfrydle Chapel, Holyhead at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment at Maeshyfryd Cemetery, Holyhead.

Family flowers only please, Carol would prefer you spent the money on a drink in her memory. All are welcome to join the family in celebrating Carol's life. Please bring your stories and a sense of humour to the wake.

We were both so sorry to hear of Carol's sudden passing. I’m sure a shock for you all. We remember her as such a friendly lady always seemed to be smiling no matter what. She was extremely helpful to us when we first bought our flat at Plas Darien. We will always be grateful for her friendship.

So sad to learn of Carol's passing. We remember Carol fondly from years back when she did the changeovers at ours and our friends' holiday flats in Plas Darien. She was a lovely person and always very efficient and reliable. Afterwards, we would occasionally see her and have a chat when we went for a meal at The Inn at the Bay where she worked part-time.
