JayneHAMM(nee Rowlands) Peacefully on Jan 22 at Y Bwthyn, Pontypridd, Jayne, aged 50, of Penygawsi, Llantrisant; beloved wife of Vincent, loving mother of Charlotte and Nathan and a dear daughter of Alice and the late David and sister of Phillip. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Friday Feb 5, service and cremation at Coychurch Crematorium, Bridgend at 10.30am, where friends please meet. Flowers or, if preferred, donations, for Friends of Y Bwthyn c/o W H Preene & Son Mwyndy, Pontyclun. Tel. 01443 223368.

Its 10 years since my dear friend Jayne passed away & I still think of the day I met her in 2004. Our sons were at school together so we supported one another for many years (along with other parents)as the boys grew up. I will never forget Jayne.. She left this world far too soon but memories are forever
