Sincere thanks to Dr Stubbens and staff at St Mark's Medical Centre, Doctors and Nurses of the A & E Dept for their expert care. Grateful thanks also to Father Gaine and Gibb's Funeral Directors, particularly Damian, for their most dignified funeral arrangements.
