SheilaHALSALLIt is with great sadness that we announce Sheila Halsall passed away on Sunday 19th of February 2023. She passed peacefully with family by her side. We profoundly mourn the loss of such a unique and special lady, but find comfort in the joy she will experience in the company of her Heavenly Father. Born in Rossendale, Sheila created a loving home and large family whilst living a vibrant life of 81 years. Her passion and love for life and charity spread from Rossendale, to Rochdale and eventually North Wales. Sheila touched the lives of so many. The love and care she gave, along with her time will always be remembered. She leaves behind her beloved husband James Halsall, Children; Chris, Wendy, Denise, Andrew, James, Martin, Christine, Julie and Rachel. Also 19 Grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, sister in law Brenda, nephews Peter and Adrian and nieces Vanessa and Tracey. She also leaves behind a wonderful legacy of selflessness and kindness and generosity and laughter. "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things" 1 Corinthians 13v7 The Funeral will be held at Festival Church, 200 Victoria Rd Prestatyn LL19 7TL at 1pm Friday 17th March 23 (festival.church/prestatyn) then on to the cemetery for 3pm. Later at Prestatyn golf club, Marine Road, Prestatyn LL19 7HS to share happy times of Sheila. Numbers at the golf club are somewhat limited but everyone is welcome to attend the church service, where we hope to provide some light refreshments afterwards. We request Family flowers only but welcome donations for charities she supported. For those who cannot attend, we would like to inform you that we are looking to hold a memorial service, in or close to Rossendale and will inform people in due course. "The Light Shines in the darkness" John 1 v 5 Never forgotten and always loved.
