TeresaHALSALLAged 94 years. Passed away peacefully. Beloved Mum, Nan and Great Grandmother, will be greatly missed. Love you forever. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Tess to Zoe's Place, a donation box will be available on the day. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 5th August 12:15pm at St Robert Bellarmine Church followed by committal at Thornton Crematorium at 1:30pm. I can't believe that it's been three years since we lost you. I think about you every day, yet I still can't put it into words just how much I miss you and how much I wish you were still here with us and in good health. I can't believe that it has been two years today. Words will never ever do justice to describe just how incredible a person you are, but, know this; wherever I am, you will always be in my heart, mind, thoughts and prayers. I will never forget you and everything that you have done for me.
