Funeral Service and Cremation will take place on Wednesday October 22, 2003, at 10.30am, at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu if so desired to the Alzheimers Disease Society on the plate provided at the Crematorium.
