Patricia AnneHADLEY('Pat') Passed away peacefully on 3rd June 2023 aged 79 years. Loving mother to Zoe, Jacquie, Lee and Mark. Beloved grandma and great-grandma. Pat will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium on Tuesday 27th June at 12.30pm.
