Consuelo Chelo (Nee Mora Tolosa)HACKETTHACKETT Consuelo 'Chelo' (Nee Mora Tolosa) Passed away peacefully at home in Hatfield Peverel on 4th June 2013 aged 80, after a long illness bravely borne. Much loved wife of Ray, mum of Darren and Diane, Mark and Tracey, Paul and Nicki, and nanny to Jessica, Louis, Thomas, Lilly, Georgina and William. A Service of Thanksgiving for her life is to be held on Friday, 21st June at 12 noon at St. Andrews Church, Hatfield Peverel. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Farleigh Hospice may be sent to T. Pennack & Sons, Funeral Directors. Special Thanks to all at Farleigh Hospice and especially to Jennifer Angier, whose compassion and devotion to Chelo was truly special.
