Funeral service at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Monday 1st August, 1.45pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Thames Valley Air Ambulance gratefully received c/o Wright Funeral Services, 106 High Street, Great Missenden, Bucks, HP16 0BE.
