Dr. Peter Derek JonesGRIFFITHS M.D.Peacefully on Thursday 26th March 2026, at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen, Peter sadly passed away.

Beloved husband of the late Beth, loving and devoted father of Huw, Ffion, Mike and Sally, caring and adored Dacs of Sophie, Toby, Noah, Peio, Ottilie, Alexander, Daniel and Stefan, and great grandfather of Pia, and a dearly loved brother of Ruth.

Peter will be sadly missed by all his loving family, friends and those whose lives he touched.

Funeral Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, family and friends please meet for the service at Llanelli Crematorium at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired in Peter's memory for Ty Olwen Hospice, Morriston, may be sent directly to:

Rest in peace Peter, time for some deep soul healing of your own now.

Thank you for welcoming me into your family and being Dacs to our children.

The decades of untiring and unwavering commitment and support you gave to all your patients and colleagues in General Practice and Ty Olwen will be a lasting legacy for many years to come.

You will always be remembered by everyone whose lives were touched by your care and your friendship, and made better by you throughout your long life.

You will be missed and celebrated by all those who have loved you.
