Paul was always greggy to his friends up north. Such a shock to hear the news. Had the pleasure of knowing him, playing alongside him, holidayed with him and even managing the colts team while he was also playing 1st team for Vickers. My sincere condolences to his close family and friends. I shall raise a glass to Paul tonight🍻🏉

It seems that I am forever missing you. I can't believe we were so near but so far in Melbourne.

I was really glad that we caught up at the End of Season Do at the club and got a last pic.

The six pack will never be forgotten.

I was so glad that I was able to attend the last Hawcoat Park Rugby Reunion in April and to be able to sit with Paul for the afternoon.

It was so good to see him again and I’m so sad that his life has been cut so tragically short.

My deepest condolences to all of Paul’s family and friends and I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to celebrate his life.

Our friend Paul was the Greatest Supporter of MND in Sport and the nicest, Strongest & credible human being around. Paul was always supportive of others and concentrated on people having fun and having a laugh. He was the best tonic on any bad day and he will be missed by all.
