Derek AlfredGREENWOODSadly passed away at St Giles Hospice in Whittington on Wednesday 16 May 2018 aged 84.
A family cremation will be held at Lichfield and District Crematorium Fradley on Monday 11 June followed by a service to celebrate Derek's life at the Methodist Church in Lichfield at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only preferred.
Donations in memory of Derek will be given to St Giles Hospice and Macmillan.
