WendyGREENWOODPatricia (HARDWICK) Passed away peacefully at home on the 6th May 2018, age 78, after a long illness, bravely borne. Much loved wife of Tony, beloved mum of Damian, Mark and Tori, loving nan to Charlie, Kane, Liam, Callum and Thomas and proud great grandma to Megan and Joshua. Funeral service to be held at Margate Crematorium on Friday 25th May at 3:15 pm. Flowers to Gore Brothers Margate or donations to Thanet Pilgrims Hospice. The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Caremark Thanet and the Hospice and Community Nurses for their kindness, care and compassion throughout mums illness.
