🕊️Mark. Our eldest son. 15 Years ago. It never gets any easier.
We love you, we miss you and we always will🕊️

If we only had five minutes Mark
the day you went away,
We would have had time to tell you
all the things we wanted to say.
The last time we spoke to you,
we wish we would have known,
We would have said “We love you”
and kept you on the phone.
We’d hold on to you and hug you,
we wouldn’t let you go,
We would tell you that we loved you
more than you could ever know
If we only had five minutes Mark
the day you went away,
We’d talk with you and plead with you,
And beg you: “Mark, please stay”

In the way we used to do,
No-one in this whole wide world
Could ever be like you.
We’re thinking of you always
Our memories will never fade,
We treasure all the little things

And your presents we can’t buy
Just a parcel full of teardrops
We send up to the sky
Your stocking hangs empty
No little gifts you love
Can you see our Christmas tree
When you look down from above?
Memories keep you close to us
Even though you’re far away
We’ll search for you among the stars
That shine this Christmas Day🌟
