Valerie BeatriceGODFREYPassed away peacefully at Torbay Hospital on 17th August 2026, aged 84 years.

Deeply loved and cherished Wife of Alan, a devoted and much-loved Mum to Rachel, Sarah and the late Clare, adored Nanna to Danielle, Samuel, Kieran, Corey and Taylor, a very special Great-Nanna to Amaya, and dear Sister to Carole.

Loved by her family and so many friends, Val will be very sadly missed.

We would love everyone who knew her to join us as we celebrate her life.

Funeral service will be held at Furrough Cross United Reformed Church, Babbacombe Road, Torquay on Monday 14th September 2026 at 11.00am, followed by a private interment.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Rowcroft Hospice can be made by retiring collection, online with Gift Aid at www.stockmanandloram.co.uk/donations or cheques payable to the charity can be sent care of Neil Edwards, Funeral Director at Stockman & Loram Funeral Service, 230 Torquay Road, Paignton, TQ3 2HN. 01803 552112
