Peter FosterGLADWINSaundersfoot (formerly of St. Clears) It is with great sadness that we report here, the passing of Peter Foster Gladwin on Friday 9th November 2018. Born on the 20th February 1935 in St Clears, the eldest son of the late Arthur and Anne (nee Lewis) Gladwin, Peter grew up around 'Danycoed', which provided his countryside playground during the war years. Marrying his teenage wife Joan (nee Barnett) from Carmarthen in November 1955, they made their family home at Lon-Y-Prior in St Clears. Peter leaves to mourn his beloved wife Joan, of sixty-three years, son Stephen and wife Claire, daughter Lyndy and her husband Peter Randles. Grandchildren; Huw, Lora, Hywel, Joann and Maxwell. The funeral service takes place on Thursday, 22nd November at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 1.00pm. There will be family flowers only, with donations in lieu payable to W & M J Rossiter & Sons Ltd Charity Account (donations to support youth sport) made via Messrs W and M J Rossiter & Sons Ltd The Old Rectory, The Norton, Tenby, SA70 8AB who are conducting the funeral arrangements.
