LornaGITTINS(North Sheilds). 27th September 2016. I would like to thank all family and friends for their loving support at this very sad time. Thank you to all the medical staff at the Cancer Unit, Freeman Hospital, the Oncology Department at Rake Lane, also the Respiratory Unit at Rake Lane and Cramlington and Macmillan Nursing. A special thank you to St Oswalds Hospice for the loving care given by all the staff to Lorna in her time of need. I will always remember you all for the love and kindness. God bless you, you are a very special group.
