AliceGARDENIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alice Third Garden of Newton, Staffordshire, on the 12th January 2026, aged 85.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Dr Thomas Garden & devoted mother of Graeme, Laura and Lorraine. Adored grandma to Eden & Lydia, beloved sister of Pearl, & dear Auntie to Angela & Alice, she will be deeply missed.
Alice was a much loved & fondly remembered retired primary school teacher, & trusted friend to many. Her beautiful smile & kindness of spirit, will live on in our hearts & those who had the fortune to know & love her.
In accordance with her wishes, a private family funeral was held at Stafford Crematorium on the 18th February 2026. Interment of her ashes at St Leonard's Church, Blithfield will follow. Donations in her memory kindly appreciated to St Giles Hospice.
