Patricia AnnGANTPeacefully passed away on 23rd September 2024 at Cedar Park Care Home, Bath aged 82 years.
Much loved Mum to Gary, Louis and Elaine. Treasured Grandmother to Michael, Emily, Lauren, Adam, Liam and Eleanor. Great-Grandmother and friend to many.
Now re-united with her beloved husband Tom, son Stephen and Grandson Jamie.
Funeral service to take place at Hill Top Chapel Haycombe Cemetery on Thursday 17th October 2024 at 1.30pm.
