Marsh Ladies Choir of Huddersfield send John and family our sincere condolences on the passing of Val. Val was a valued member of the 2nd Sopranos of the Choir some years ago and was remembered at our Choir rehearsal tonight, in particular by Judith Hey and Anne Armstrong who sang along with her.

Fond memories of a lovely cousin when we all lived in Betws y Coed in the good old days. There were eleven cousins all living in the village then! She was such a strong character surviving a major operation following her illness and I remember her winning a talent competition at Betws carnival not long after her recovery with Nain Gwynant being so proud of her. I am sure she will sadly missed by all her close family. Sincere condolences Christine
