Susan, of Gwell An Nans, Probus, very sadly passed away at The Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske on the 11th November 25, at the age of 79.
She will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Katrina, and son in law Rodney.
Susan was a cherished Grandma to Rebecca and James, and an adored Great Grandma to Amelia, Max, Chester and Freya. Her loss will be deeply felt by her friends in the community.
At family request, a private funeral service will take place.
