Krystyna AgnieskaFORMANPassed away peacefully at St Giles Hospice on 29th August 2025, aged 79 years.
She is survived by her children, Annah, Sarah and Jonathan.
Krys' funeral will be held on Monday 6th October, service 11.30am at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent. No floral tributes are required, but any donations please to St Giles Hospice, Whittington.
